Cut from perfectly clear solid stock - this is really choice stuff!
This is a few thousands of an inch under 1/4 wide. (About .247") Designed to fit snugly in a 1/4" routed channel - single pass. This is just under 1/16" thick - (about .055). Just rout a channel slightly shallower than the banding thickness, leaving the inlayed banding a bit proud. Then scrape, or sand off level and you have a beautiful inlay!
