Genuine ebony (Gabon) and holly wood, sawn thin for inlay material. Sold by the square inch. Typically, pieces will be about 2" wide and 12" long, but may vary. You will never get a piece less than 1" wide, and probably none over 2-1/2" wide.
This material is approximately 1/24" thick (about the thickness of a US dime), and surface-sanded smooth on both sides. It will be perfectly clear - without knots, splits or other defects. The holly will be creamy-white and perfectly clear.
Sold in lots of 48 square inches.
